TRADE FAIRS (AEFI): THE EXHIBITION ENTITLED “EXHIBITING INNOVATION: TRADE FAIRS, HUBS OF EXCELLENCE MADE IN ITALY” AT MIMIT FROM 4TH JUNE TO 30TH JULY
All the expressive possibilities of Made in Italy in a single showcase. The exhibition entitled ‘Exhibiting Innovation: Trade Fairs, Hubs of excellence Made in Italy‘ was inaugurated today at the Ministry of Enterprises (Palazzo Piacentini, Rome). It was created as part of the 10th Global Exhibitions Day by the Italian Exhibition and Trade Fair Association (AEFI), together with 16 of the main Italian exhibition hubs, to enhance the innovative and promotional capacity of the Italian trade fair sector.
The exhibition, running until 30th July, tells a story through an exhibition journey and a rotation of trade fair players in three sessions. It shows how Italian trade fairs are now true engines of development and innovation, places where creativity, technology, business culture, and international vision come together. They are also meeting points that foster scientific progress and its transfer to industrial processes.
In the spotlight are video contributions, installations, and innovative products presented for the first time at 22 of the main trade fairs in 2024-2025, creating a multifarious exhibition that ranges from cosmetics to health, from tourism to publishing, from fashion to agro-industry, and even to craftsmanship and the environment. The exhibition design project is by Henoto Spa, with graphic design by Doubledot.
