TRADE FAIRS: AEFI REMEMBERS LORENZO CAGNONI, THE DOYEN OF ITALIAN TRADE FAIRS

The AEFI Board of Directors, President Maurizio Danese and Secretary General Loredana Sarti remember Lorenzo Cagnoni – President of IEG – Italian Exhibition Group and Vice-President of AEFI, the Association of Italian Trade Fair Exhibitions, who passed away today in Rimini at the age of 84. In almost 30 years of activity in the trade fair sector, Cagnoni contributed in a decisive way to the growth of the trade fair system, which is fundamental for the development of Italian manufacturing in the world. He worked for more than two decades as Vice-President of the Association and he was a source of inspiration for managers in the industry, playing a leading role in innovation and the Italian exhibition business. Our sincere condolences go to his family, his wife and two daughters.
