AEFI: FIRST QUARTER 2025 TRAINING PROGRAMME NOW UNDER WAY

Aefi’s 2025 training programme is now under way. Pending the implementation of new service areas as outlined in the planning and development road map approved by the Board of Directors on 15th January, the Italian Exhibition and Trade Fair Association has launched a calendar of events dedicated to industry players, from exhibition districts to event organisers and trade fair format creators

Specifically, four appointments have been scheduled. Our on-line event starts on Thursday 23rd January (from 11 am to 1 pm) and will focus on ‘IMU Property Tax: Classification of exhibition districts and cadastral value assessment’. In February, we will continue with ‘Disinformation and reputation damage: how to recognise and defend against it’ (6th and 13th February, from 11 am to 1 pm) and ‘Communicating sustainability’ (27th February and 13th March, from 11 am to 1 pm). Both meetings will be held on-line.

In March, continuing its focus on green trade fair practices, Aefi is promoting and organising the conference entitled ‘Sustainability, corporate sustainability reporting directive, and reporting according to ESRS standards: obligations for trade fairs and event organisers. Aefi’s activities in support of its members’, on Thursday 6th March, in person at Veronafiere (from 2 pm to 5 pm).

(IMU stands for Municipal Property Tax and is imposed in Italy, including on exhibition centres)
