Reed makes design-tech appointment

Alexis Neron-Bancel has been appointed as divisional managing director of Reed Exhibitions’ design and technology division. He will be responsible for 15 shows in the aerospace and defence, design and IT sectors. The Frenchman was previously strategic development director at the ITE Group. Since 1997 he has built up a large portfolio of events for the organiser in the oil and gas industry. Reed Exhibitions chief executive Alastair Gornall said: “Alexis is a very impressive operator and I am delighted that he has decided to join our team.” Want to give your opinion on this story?
