ITE acquires Kiev Décor & Gift Exhibition

ITE Group PLC has completed the purchase of a majority stake in the Décor & Gift exhibition in Kiev, Ukraine from the company Expo UA. This growing exhibition was launched in 2004 and takes place in both the Spring and Autumn of each year. Future editions of Décor & Gifts will take place at Kiev’s International Exhibition Centre (IEC) and will be organised by ITE’s Ukraine subsidiary PremierExpo in conjunction with the event’s current management team. ITE’s Chief Executive Ian Tomkins commented: “We are committed to pursuing our growth plan through new launches and prudent acquisitions. The Décor & Gift event in Kiev has been very successful over its first three editions and we are confident that PremierExpo will make a valuable contribution and accelerate the event’s growth in the future.”
