Exhibit Works Appoints New Chief Officers 5/24/2006 – Exhibit Works announced May 17, the promotion of Tom Hammond to chief executive officer and Kevin Pritchard to chief operating officer. With these new appointments, former CEO David Brown becomes vice chairman and president Dominic Silvio adds the title of chairman of the board. “As our business continues to grow and diversify, internationally and across new industries, so will the demands on our leadership,” says Dominic Silvio. “Having a strong senior leadership team in place is an essential ingredient in our ability to meet the changing needs of today’s customer.” Tom Hammond joined Exhibit Works in July of 2005 as chief operating officer, bringing more than 30 years of engineering and business experience to the team. Since leaving Texas Instruments as divisional manager in 1996, Hammond served as president of Advanced Industrial Technologies, Founder and managing director of RMR Associates, and president of sister companies Schwartz Industries and Panda Precision. Hammond earned a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola College and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY. Kevin Pritchard has worked in the exhibit industry for more than 20 years. He began his career as a shop carpenter and field supervisor and has traveled throughout the world coordinating shows. He joined Exhibit Works in 1995 as a field supervisor and later became account manager for Audi. Most recently serving as vice president and account director of Exhibit Works International Automotive Group, Pritchard has been instrumental in leading accounts for clients such as Porsche, Bentley, Volkswagen and Subaru.
